Quite a long but very thought provoking video. I quite agree with what Sir Ken Robinson is conveying to the audience. We need to stop stigmatizing failures , we need to let our creative thoughts take over, we need to be creative in order to survive.
Creative thinking isn't new by the way. It's always been there but we've been trained or shall I say brained washed to think a certain way which is deemed acceptable or the norm or which have been practiced a for many many years.
What have been practiced for many many years ago may not be applicable now or in the future.
I've always told my colleagues, friends and relatives..this.."You have accumulated a wealth of working experience for 10 years but you could be doing it incorrectly for 10 years." What works then may not work now and in the future.
